I have a SIM only 24 month contract. If I move to a different plan during the 24 months do I have to pay penalties?

Hey there ​@Kaye Penny, you’d be unable to upgrade/plan change during a 24-month plan unless you’re already eligible for an upgrade/plan change. If you ordered a new plan separately, you’d be charged for both simultaneously, and if you cancelled the current plan whilst in contract, you’d be charged a termination fee.
