early upgrade due to outage or i leave

Hi as compensation due to the outage is it possible for me to get my early upgrade I wouldn't like to leave the network but you left me about 999 call without my doctors and unable to work for two days the amount is substantial and left me out to pocket massively unless I am compensated with an upgrade I am sorry but I would like to leave the network can someone please respond and help me with this query

I guess you'll be leaving then because you won't be getting an early upgrade without paying an early upgrade fee

Unfortunately from time to time, as with any technology, sometimes things don’t work as they should. We completely understand this isn’t ideal, and are very sorry this happened to you.

iD plans are for personal use, and not business. We won’t be providing compensation at this time.

It’s surprising that you make a lot of money and yet you choose to use a cheap MVNO, a consumer plan, and expect compensation. Are you serious!? 🤣
