Has anyone ever received the £100 Curry's gift card?

I am still waiting for my £100 Curry's gift card after upgrading to a Pixel 10 Pro XL on August 31st 2025.
 

So far iD Mobile support has sent me to Giftcloud support, who I have messaged and they said no voucher was associated with my email address. I went back to iD Mobile and they said to contact Curry's. No doubt someone at Curry's will send me back to iD Mobile…

Can someone please take ownership and finally get this sorted, rather than sending me all over the place and getting nowhere?

Please? For my sanity!

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had such a frustrating experience trying to claim your £100 Currys gift card, I completely understand how disappointing this has been.

We’ll need to check your eligibility and trace the promotional record linked to your upgrade. So I can raise this with our relevant department on your behalf. We have sent you a private message so that we may access your account and have a further look into this. 

Once we have this information, we’ll contact the relevant promotions partner directly to confirm your reward status. If we find you’re eligible and your gift card wasn’t sent, we’ll make sure it’s issued to you as soon as possible.

I'm having the exact same issue now despite two people telling me on live chat in getting it they've now said I'm not and it was online only.....perhaps they should have told the curry stores not to have it plastered in store if that's true 


Giftcloud, the promotional partner who send out the gift cards just got back to me:

"We have checked with our rewards team and they confirmed the reward was not purchased as per the terms and that you did not follow the correct path/user journey while making the sign up for ID mobile"

There wasn't actually anything that I was supposed to do to claim the offer - I checked thoroughly so I didn't get caught out.

Seems like a bit of a scam enticement to nudge people towards taking out a new, much more expensive, contract.

Well, you win! I can't be bothered to pursue this any longer, which is no doubt the desired outcome for ID Mobile. I look forward to switching to a more honest network (of one exists) when my contract expires in 2027.

I am getting this too but I'm not letting it drop seems a very common theme

I've made a complaint to the complaints team. You guys can see how many people are not getting the things they signed up with so why is it being ignored. I will not be staying past the end of my contract that's a certainty

I emailed socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk with all the requested information on 27th November and have heard nothing since then.

It's very tedious. I need to buy my son a new monitor from Currys for Xmas, so the voucher would be really useful right now...

I'm having exactly the same issue still. I also tried Complaining to Currys given I bought it there and said result

They just fobbed me off in a private message saying that my purchase wasn't eligible for the voucher. It clearly was at the time of purchase but unsurprisingly there was never any mention of it on the invoice.

I give up. It's taking too much time and energy. I know that's exactly what they are hoping for but life is too short. I will just move to another network once my contract is up. Probably get same treatment elsewhere as they are all the same these days. I think most of us would happily pay a bit more for better treatment and customer support.

I'm going to leave when I can but ultimately I believe the contract was mis sold and I am going to keep going with it. It's really unfair to treat people so badly 😞

Has this issue been resolved?

I ordered my phone on 10/09/2025. I still have not received the gift voucher. It was definitely a part of the deal on the website. ID Mobile has passed me to Carphone Warehouse and GiftCloud. GiftCloud do not reply to emails. Carphone Warehouse deny it was a part of the deal - I suggest they check their records of the offers on their website on 10/09/2025 - it definitely was.

Can anyone help? Very frustrating. I feel scammed.

Thank you for letting me know! I’ll keep pursuing it. I’ve just emailed the “socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk” in order to chase it.

The personnel I spoke to at Currys was really quite rude/dismissive. Oh well haha.

You need to go their complaints team and do not drop it. It's ID mobile that sorted mine out Currys couldn't care less

I just spoke to IDMobile on the phone (again). I believe it was the complaints team:

  • I've emailed GiftCloud (twice) one week ago, no response. IDMobile assured me they would need 120 days to reply. Amazing.
  • ID advised to call Carphone Warehouse. I have done and they were dismissive and not helpful at all. I'll try again today.
  • Spoke to Carphone Warehouse 2 minutes ago. It will take them 3-5 working days to respond. At this point this is a comedy.

This is all very disappointing.

Well, IDMobile said that the £100 offer is on CarPhone Warehouse and nothing to do with them.

As an act of goodwill, they've credited my account with £50. I appreciate it and thank you.

 

I'll keep going with my complaint that is open with CarPhone Warehouse - the false £100 offer is on them haha. We'll see where we get, expectations are low loooool.
