How can i get an invoice for an upgrade so i can claim the samsung offer

Been over a week now and i have no offical invoice to send as evidence to samsung to claim my offer which is the only reason i upgraded. Live chat just doesnt work and the customer service email doesnt respond to anything

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m really sorry for the dela, I understand how important the invoice is for your Samsung claim, especially since it was the reason you upgraded.
Have you not received anything from edocuments@idmobile.co.uk in your your inbox (and check your spam/junk folder just in case).

I have no emails from this address and inbox has no mention of it including spam and junk can i request another copy of it all

ive already contacted by email over 7 days ago and not had a response and the live chat as i said just loops with ai responses and doesn't get me to a real human
