My 24 month contract is coming to an end and when browsing the available plans, there is no contract length stated. I assume it is one month for each and will continue until cancelled, but this is not stated plainly anywhere in the app.

It’s just a plan change with no minimum term so your service would just continue on a month by month basis as a SIM only. You can then upgrade your handset at any point if you wanted to or just carry on as you are.
