how to check status of an upgrade order

I ordered an upgrade to a pixel 9 pro, have an order number on email from 16th August but haven't heard anything since.

This happened to me as well. I’ve been informed I’m in the order ‘queue’. I’m sure you will be too. You probably won’t hear anything until the phone is ready for dispatch. Someone from iD can confirm exactly when that’ll be. I’m expecting mine just after 18 September.

    As @midasgf eludes to you’ll be in a queue for the stock as we get it, it’s distributed on a first come, first served basis, have you had any contact about a predicted dispatch date?

    I also have paid the up front cost. Had confirmation email.  But no further information or contact. Just looking for some reassurance that a phone will be delivered within the time it was agreed.  My current phone is on death's door.

    Have you pre-ordered a device soon to be released or a device that was in active stock ready for next day delivery? 

      

    DPD will send you tracking information the night before/morning of a delivery happening.

    Order prediction is October 24th when paid £49 up front.  Just would be nice to have a update before hand. So not to feel like I've had money taken for nothing . Adhd and anxiety.  Means worrying for me.
