how to renew with a sim only deal?

Hi, it is upgrade time but don't want the handset options available so would prefer SIM only. How can I do this please?

You could try discussing your upgrade options with the iD Mobile telephone sales team, ​@Andrew London. 

Contact sales team on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm. 

Otherwise, you could simply change your plan online.

      Hi ​@Andrew London 

       

      Typically upgrades to a SIM only plan would only become available once your contracted period has ended, whereas handset offers are given up to 60 days before that.
