I can upgrade - but I want SIM only - how?


Hi,

Looking at my account it says I can upgrade.  I want to “upgrade” to a SIM Only plan but that option doesn’t seem to be available to me? I click on “view all upgrades” and I can only see phones.

How do I select a SIM Only plan?

Also, looking at other sites I can see ID-Mobile SIM Only plans which look quite good.  What happens If I go for one of those? Will I get a different phone number and can I PAC my old one over - ie from an ID-Mobile SIM to another?  Or will I have to go with another network?

Hi ​@Peter55  you cannot port from iD to iD, you would need to complete what is known as a triangular port (out to PAYG and back into iD).

You can upgrade to SIM only plans, if you are unable to see this option online, you can speak with our Sales Team on 0207 1391 397 and they will be happy to help.
