I'm due an upgrade but its more expensive


So I'm now able to upgrade my phone and plan. But if I choose the upgrade via my account it's showing it'll be upfront £9 and £26 pm, whereas i can get the same phone and deal for £19.99 pm no upfront cost!? Still with ID but have to go through the hassle of cancelling and getting PAC no etc. Why is there such a difference?

I don’t understand why people keep posting such posts. All your going to get is a copy and paste response saying something along the lines of:

Try calling the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further.

Or:

We’re sorry to hear this.

New customer deals and current customer deals are consistently changing, therefore, it can depend on the time that you decide to change deals/upgrade.

Sometimes, a current customer deal will be better than a new customer deal, and vice-versa.

I’d recommend the same as ​@WelshPaul above, offered deals are in the iD Mobile app, if you don’t see something you like there, we’d recommend calling the sales team.
