ID_MOBILE got my monhtly allowance wrong and didn't send me proof of usage for 3 weeks.

Right first time is the way things should be. But this concept is foreign for ID Mobile.

  1. I changed to a plan with more data. 
  2. Depsite playing the new rate, which was higher, I received the same data. 
  3. I spoke with 2 agents, 2 fridays in a row trying to expalin that, but neither of them are getting it. On the 3rd Friday I am told “ 
  4. I request proof of data 2 both times, but I never received anything. 
    Very fe words can describe how dissatisfied I am with ID mobile and their Chat service. I feel like I am chatting with AI, not a person

    So when you change your plan… Brace for the opposite of a smooth transition.
