hello i just upgrade my current plan s25 ultra with claim for galaxy buds 3 but i need invoice number to claim offer. Can you please help

Details of the order should be available in the confirmation email iD Mobile sent when placing the order. 

If you cannot see find this, please check your junk/spam folders.

thank you for reply however i still can’t see invoice number. Or is it name differently?

You should have received an email from edocuments@idmobile.co.uk. That email should have several attachments, one being an invoice. Open that attachment and look for ‘Invoice No:’.

the only email i received is confirmation with order number. Nothing else yet
