As title says, checking my eligibility for an upgrade and the date offered is 08/11/25 which seems implausible as the date is after the 24 months of my contract expires. 11th August seems correct but it would be odd for a UK based company to do this?

Hi @SamAllan87I believe it’s in the UK date format, do you know what date your contract began with us? You should be able to find emails from your purchase and see that way.Tom
