Is the upgrade eligibility date US format?


As title says, checking my eligibility for an upgrade and the date offered is 08/11/25 which seems implausible as the date is after the 24 months of my contract expires. 11th August seems correct but it would be odd for a UK based company to do this?

iD Mobile allow customers with a 24-month minimum term phone contract to upgrade early - when you’re within the final 60-days of your minimum term to should be able to upgrade, ​@SamAllan87.  

You can also discuss your upgrade options with the iD Mobile telephone sales team by calling 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.

I believe it’s in the UK date format, do you know what date your contract began with us? You should be able to find emails from your purchase and see that way.

from looking further, my order confirmation email for this contract was sent on October 8th 2023 (08/10/2023), and the upgrade page states I'm eligible from "08/11/2025" which is after the 24 months of the contract is up. What do you think?

I signed up in April 2025 for a one-month minimum term, and I can’t upgrade until October 2025.

Thank you ​@andewhite - this is what I suspected and therefore suggests that the date format within this page of the app is in US format and should be changed ​@Tom.
