Hi, id like to keep my existing mobile number with ID mobile and have received my new sim card which ive just activated. How do i swap my existing mobile number to the new sim please and cancel my old pay monthly deal? Many thanks

Thank you for sharing, however I am terribly sorry as the system does not allow us to port internally. You can however transfer from a different network to our network or transfer from our network to a different network. The only way to keep your number with iD mobile is to do an upgrade from your old contract which will convert to a new one keeping your old number.
