Hey there @dave6018, unfortunately, we do not offer early upgrades by way of paying off your current contract early I’m afraid.
If you were to cancel and pay off your current contract, than this would simply be for a disconnection, and then you’d either lose your number, or need to move it to another network.
The only work around would be a triangle port if you wish to get a new plan with us, and keep your number. This is where you transfer your number to another network on Pay As You Go, then back to us on the new plan.
We can explain the process in further details if you wish.

The number is zero issue , I rarely use it and nobody has it. Unfortunately three signal in the area is annoying I'm 500m for 5g lol so have to stick with ee

With the roll out of 5G some areas may be patchier than others. Are you having the same problems if you connect via 4G?
