When would I be able to upgrade phone most networks allow upto 60 days before end of contact for early upgrade but had checked via app claimed hadn't been with long enough

    With iD Mobile, you can usually upgrade your phone contract 60 days (or two months) before the end of your minimum term, which is usually 24 months on a handset plan. To check your exact eligibility, you can log into the iD Mobile app or your online account and navigate to the "Plan" tab, where you'll find your upgrade date.
