I’ve changed my plan (sim card) from 1GB to 12GB with unlimited calls & texts.
According to iD the new plan was due to kick in yesterday, instead the old plan carried on.
iD have emailed thanking me for refreshing my plan, the new plan is registered on my iD account but it is is not activated on my phone.
I’ve done all the usual things like switching my phone off and on but no change.
I’ve tried chatbox a couple of times and nearly lost the will to live as it just kept asking me to express what I was asking differently.
A 2 minute conversation with a human might sort out the problem but that perhaps that is an ask too far.
Any help /other suggestions would be very welcome.
