I have taken out a new id contract and need to cancel my old one that ends on 10th July, but it is not allowing me and is requesting a month's worth of money

It's also worth noting that if you're planning to transfer your number from your old iD Mobile plan to your new iD Mobile plan, this won't be possible, as iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers.
