New Monthly Plan Upgrade Not Updating Inside the iD app/website


Hi, I have just upgraded my plan to the 100GB, Unlimited Texts/Calls (£12 a month) but on the website and mobile phone iD app, the plan has not changed to my new one.

Is there a problem? Do I just have to wait for it to update? Will it update after my current monthly plan has ended?.

Thank you for getting in touch. 

Once an order has been placed, it can take 24-48 hours to update on the system. 

Your plan will then update on the online account when the change has completed.
