I made an order for a new phone for my daughter and received an email saying the order was cancelled as you need 60 days of payment on the account but I've been with you since may 2024 is this a mistake?

Someone likely reviewed your order, your existing account, and noticed the month of May. However, they overlooked the year 2024 and mistakenly pressed the “NO” button, assuming you had only signed up this month.

 

To resolve this issue, please call the sales team on 02071391397 between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday. They will be able to process the order for you.
