I have an elderly friend who currently has an ID mobile account. She pays about £6 a month and has an ancient flip phone. She has just been told (with it being 3G) it will no longer be operational by the end of the year and she needs to change it.
She has no broadband and no home phone. Also no knowledge of the internet, WiFi etc. Can anyone suggest a good phone and contract that will suit her needs. TIA
