my monthly is finishing in 2 weeks I want to move to pay as you go with my number but no way to contact ID mobile no chat service nothing, what am I suppose to do? Any help !!!!

Hi
You won’t be able to move from a contract to a Pay As You Go, once the contracted term finishes you’ll be able to upgrade to a SIM only plan to reduce costs.
Alternatively you’ll be able to move to another network’s Pay As You Go SIM card with a PAC code.
