Can I use a PAC code to start a new contract with ID when I'm already with them? The phone I want isn't listed on my upgrade options, and this might be a good opportunity to put my account into my name rather than my Dad's who originally set the iD account up several years ago.

Hey there
If you want to keep your phone number with us, you’ll need to upgrade via the “Upgrades” tab when logged into your iD Mobile account. You can’t transfer your phone number from one contract to another on the same network I’m afraid.
If you’re unhappy with your upgrade deals, we’d recommend calling our sales team on 02071391397.
