Recently changed my plan  from 2GB to 60GB with unlimited calls and texts, while the app says Ive got 60GB my phone still says 2GB and I am now receiving warnings that Iam getting close to my data usage of 2GB. My bill for next month is going be for the new plan. SO how long does it take for the new data to become active.

Hey there ​@Kelly Nolan, sorry to hear that. What date did you change the pan please?

 

It does sometimes take time to update on the app/your phone, but if the app is showing 60GB, then that should be correct and not what your phone is saying.
