Hi. I tried to buy second contract as i was on a rolling contract but was told I'll have to wait until I had been with id mobile for 3 months before getting second contract which would make it 14/04/2025 when I could apply for another line. Well there's this deal at mobiles.co.uk and it expires on the 15th with limited availability, so I wanted this deal so I thought cancelling my rolling contract and then applying for the deal would solve this problem but I've been declined again even though my credit should be fine. Why is that? Also I had to switch to another network on another rolling contract so I can switch my number to id mobile as they don't switch numbers on same network but I don't understand why they refused me again even though I was with id mobile and always paid bill on time.
