HelloI am absolutely fed up with ID Mobile. I have called them so often and tried to get help online and got absolutely nowhere. My autistic daughter has no idea if she holds an account with ID. She is due for upgrade on 14th July. She is not able to deal with such issues. What should I do?Thanks

I am going to meet my daughter at PC World ID Mobile tomorrow afternoon and hopefully get my daughter to make me able to deal with her account. Fingers crossed. Thanks for all the help.
