Hello
I am absolutely fed up with ID Mobile. I have called them so often and tried to get help online and got absolutely nowhere. My autistic daughter has no idea if she holds an account with ID. She is due for upgrade on 14th July. She is not able to deal with such issues. What should I do?

I am going to meet my daughter at PC World ID Mobile tomorrow afternoon and hopefully get my daughter to make me able to deal with her account. Fingers crossed. Thanks for all the help.

Can I also add that ID Mobile do not recognise her phone number which is the one she ported over. Feels like hitting my head against a brick wall.

We are sorry to hear you are having problems confirming if the account is with iD Mobile. 

When joining, we would have sent a welcome email with details of the contract as well as further notifications for billing. 

Please also check junk/spam folders. 

 

If you wish to speak to us on your daughters behalf, we would require power of attorney. If she wishes to call with you present, you can reach our team on 0800 049 2376.

Yes I did but because her ported number is not recognised and cant get through then. However I will give it another try.
