Hi so I pre ordered the s25 ultra as an upgrade on the 29th of this month where I did receive the order confirmation where it said it would be available from the 31st but I am yet to receive any dispatch emails so just curious when the ultras are ment to be dispatched.

I have that was were I found the email off when I ordered it which give me my order reference number and what I had ordered its the dispatch emails and stuff I am still waiting on
