Hi there, I'm looking to upgrade to/pre order the s25 ultra, however I am currently with the three network.. If I was to buy the s25 ultra and wanted to switch to id mobile but keep my number, would this mean that my three sim would be useless till I recieve the sim from id mobile or would it be something I can do once I recieve the sim? I've never done something like this before so I'm not sure how it all works.. Also would the new sim be delivered with the phone or?

You need a PAC to transfer a mobile number from one service provider to another, @ayvo

When you’re ready, just ask Three for a PAC (for the number you want to keep) and give this to iD Mobile.

Hi there, thanks for the quick reply, I appreciate it, so it's possible to wait till I recieve the new device before doing the whole thing even if I was to take out the contract tonight?

Hi @ayvo,

Thanks for getting in touch.

Yes, you can transfer a number over to us at anytime although it is worth noting that PAC’s are only valid to use for 30 days and then a new one is required.

Please do let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks @andewhite  for your support.
