SIM deals

I have received an e mail suggesting I can switch to a SIM only deal at £6 per month, only to find that the cheapest deal available is £8 when I attempt to do this.

Do we know why a plan offered individually  to me is not available when I go into my account to secure it?

Have you discussed your upgrade options with the iD Telephone Sales team,  ​@weekendman     ?
