Sim Only Upgrade Currys Voucher


I just upgraded my sim only plan via the ID mobile app and I’m unclear how i get/claim the £50 curry’s voucher. Do i get mail with this in it or do i need to redeem it somehow?

Ive got the same issue. The link above doesn’t help as it’s not listed in the claim your offer page. How can I claim the £50 voucher? It was part of the reason for me going for that offer.

Where did you purchase the deal from - which retailer?

Hey there ​@MP2025, where did you order from please?

 

On the email mentioning the gift card/voucher, what does it state?

 

Does it state it needs to be claimed, or does it just state we’ll email/post it to you within a certain time-frame?

 

It should say on the promotion email the time-frame for delivery if so.

Hi.

 

Same here, I went for the sim only contract and I saw the promotion at the bottom (as seen in the pic).

I took a screenshot of it!

 

It said it would be “dispatched with your purchase”. In my case this was an upgrade to sim only so I don’t know if this is valid. I took this upgrade on the 4th of May which was still 2 days before the promotion ended and I had an email to confirm the purchase of the 24months contract with them.

When the upgrade details came through it stated that there is no need to change my sim card so they did not send me anything. It’s been just over 2 weeks since and I just remembered about the vouchers!

It will probably need chasing up but more than likely there will we a reason I cannot have the vouchers. I have tried the recommend a friend thing as well with them and I got these guys at least 5 new customers and never received nothing for it. It’s all in a loop and impossible to claim.

Just another con I think. :(

OK ​@FranciscoDP  looking at that, it would depend if the deal you had selected was eligible to come with the gift card, but we can check this.

In regards to the refer a friend, if your referred friends had used the correct link and the process was followed, you should be due amounts depending on the plan they had purchased.

Still ongoing with ID mobile about this. For some reason no one knows what is going on. I have been told the vouchers will be sent to my email address, nothing came through. Then they asked me to confirm my email address was correct, once I confirmed my email address I chased them again and another agent told me to wait 5 days.

After 5 days I chased them again and a new agent comes in asking me what’s all this about. Like, are you kidding???!!!😫

It’s not so much about the £50 vouchers anymore but the principle of when you are offered something, a bonus, dangling the carrot and then nothing happens.

If you not going to send the vouchers then don’t offer them!

This is not how you do business ID mobile.

You can only p*** people off so much and soon will have a bad name. Sort it out.
