Transfer number to a PAYG

Hello! I had ID for many years with both phone plan and just sim. I am going to leave the country and I’d like to keep the number in case the government or banks try to contact me for whatever reasons. I could cancel the plan but if there’s a way to switch to a PAYG that is not too elaborate I would do that! I liked ID and I don’t mind a PAYG with them!

Hey there ​@Halfprofile, unfortunately, you cannot downgrade from pay monthly to PAYG I’m afraid. To do so, you’d either need to order a separate PAYG subscription with a new number.

 

Or, do so, and complete a triangle port, where you transfer your number to another network on PAYG, then back to us via another PAC code.
