So, my contract is nearly up and the offers on the app is worse then what's being advertised. I finally found the chat to us and spoke to a customer service advisor. I uploaded screenshots of deal for the S25 from moneysavingexpert and asked for that. I was told basically tough luck it's not our website and got offered a higher priced deal and they cant change it because its not ID.
I've been a loyal customer for years which doesnt seem to matter, even with a signal that's sporadic. My point being that the offer takes to me the ID website! and it's your basket, your company I'm paying and I can't get the better deal? how's that work?? I'm not purchasing on their website it's YOUR website I'm paying for it on, it's your basket it's in. so the takeaway I'm getting is if your a loyal customer for years it doesn't matter one inch and tough luck. the customer service person and I use that term losely was rude and condescending.
You offer that deal in conjunction with them! it's both of you. So basically you can't match the offers done by third party in your name even though you get to keep the customer and it's only a few quid difference. I'll be going elsewhere and while it won't bankrupt you, you will still lose my contract money.
