Uograding sim only contract

Hi, please can someone confirm if I upgrade from my sim only contract where the 12m term has finished to another 12/24m sim only contract which is better value, that:-

 

  1. I def keep the same phone no
  2. i do not get a new sim 
  3. when's the best time to do it or does the new plan start at next billing date

Yes, you can upgrade from your current iD Mobile SIM-only contract to a new 12 or 24-month SIM-only contract, even if your initial 12-month term has finished. You can check your eligibility for an upgrade and browse available plans through the iD Mobile app or online account. You will be able keep your number. 

 

We would recommend contacting our Sales team on 0207 1391 397 during normal office hours to discuss your upgrade options.

 

Your new plan would start on the day you’ve upgraded.
