Hi I am due an upgrade but when I look I get a better deal on the same phone than on the upgrade if I start I new account after I’ve been with Id for ages i thought I would get a better deal but know thinking about leaving them

I have just upgraded but my account is still showing my old deal but I have had 2 different emails from id saying bills are going to come out I think I am going to be paying 2 bills why
