Hi it’s saying it can’t tell me if I can upgrade because I don’t have a direct debit but I do

So if you go via the iD app or online portal to Bills does it state Your payment will be taken via Direct Debit on or around xx/12/2024 at the top of that page/screen?

Also staying on bills but then Payments → View payment history are all your payments up to date. If one or more show failed maybe the DD has been cancelled. If they are all showing as successful then I have no idea, sorry.
