Hello, could one of the team kindly message me about my upgrade please?

iD Mobile offers up to 30-days and 60-days early upgrades, depending on your contract length and plan. iD Mobile won't text or email you to let you know when you can upgrade, but your earliest upgrade date can be found in the iD Mobile app. However, you will receive an email when your contracted term is coming to an end.

    Hi ​@Tyler ,

     

    I was told last year that my upgrade is due in March, I never got a text or an email to say I was ready for a upgrade in March. Now it's April I was wondering why I was never notified it.

    I was told I would get an email to notify me about my upgrade, now I missed my upgrade I am not very happy!

    We send an email to confirm when a contract is coming to the end of its term. 

    This details the options available to you. 

    Upgrades are made available up to 60 days prior to the contract end date via the iD Mobile app/online account.

    ​@xcutiepielibbyx  If you also log into your IDMobile account under Plan  then Upgrade you could of seen when your eligible for an upgrade.
