If u do a sim only upgrade. How quickly will it take affect? My old plan has come to an end.

You can simply change to another plan, upon completion of the 24-month minimum term, ​@James R.

    Can I upgrade my plan current plan with cashback plan with my existing same mobile number.which  my sim plan is not cashback at the moment.

    If it’s an upgrade and there is cashback on the upgraded plan, then yes you can.

    Will I be able to get cashback upgrade from mobile.co.uk with my existing same mobile same number and my current sim plan is not cashback

    We would recommend checking with mobiles.co.uk customer service if they sell upgrades for iD Mobile as many deals sold are for new customers.

     

    Also, if the deal has cashback then yes you would be able to claim this from their website.
