I have 2 phones with you and I would like to know when I can upgrade them both please. My name is Matthew Day.

You can upgrade your iD Mobile contract up to 60 days before the end of your current 24-month contract. To check your eligibility and upgrade date, log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online.
