I’m helping my mum with her phone as today it’s ready to be upgraded. She is happy with her phone and wants to switch to a sim only contract. When I open the page with the massive title ‘Upgrade your Phone or Sim Only Contract’, there's no way to access the sim only contracts. What’s the process of cancelling this current plan, keeping her number, and switching to sim-only? When I did this with my own phone last year it was straight-forward, but its a deliberately predatory mess now. If I log in and try to access the sim only deals page, it logs me back out or refuses to show me that page.
