upgrade discussion


My contract is due to finish in the next couple of days however it states I am still unable to view upgrade options. 
 

please would it be possible to discuss this with somebody?

i would like to see what my options are and also like clarification to ensure this does not automatically renew regardless? 
 

In would appreciate guidance with this as soon as possible.

Your contract will keep renewing on a month by month basis once it comes to an end but your minimum term will have ended  

Please call the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further regarding upgrading.

My best recommendation would be the same as ​@MZone above, please call the sales team to discuss an upgrade.
