upgrade from 30 day sim only .

I have bought a 1 month sim only with a look of upgrading in 6 months.

When I click upgrade I get a message saying the plan type can’t be upgraded why not try and change plan instead.

will this change in 6 months or do I need to be on another plan for 6 months to be eligible for an upgrade? 
 

Thanks hope this makes sense my sim was bought via Uswitch.

Thanks for the reply so I don’t need to change plans as it’s suggested to me ? I was just concerned that a 1 month plan doesn’t get the option to upgrade?.

 

I think you’ll need to have a record, of paying your current plan on-time (by direct debit) over a minimum of 6-months, before any upgrade options become available, ​@Prime123

Hey there ​@Prime123, when you’re eligible to upgrade, it’ll show on the app/website that you’re eligible, or we’ll email you for example, and you can then view upgrade options via our app/website when logged in then :)

As ​@andewhite has advised, the option to upgrade may become available following a good record of payment for the current plan.
