Upgrade not processed


I upgraded via live chat and a call from sales team on Tuesday but this is still not showing on my online account or my app. I have had no confirmation via email or any delivery information. How do I check if this has actually been processed.

Hi ​@Daniel Eardley , had you upgraded to a handset? If so, which one please? As it is possible it is out of stock and that could be why the upgrade is not showing.
