I've just upgraded my contact to a Samsung A56 with all unlimited allowances for £25 per month. My sons contract which is registered under my name and I pay the bill as he is 15yrs old, is now up for renewal just days after mine and I am being quoted £28 per month for the exactly same phone, contract and terms. How does this make any sense just because I was already 26.50 per month on his old contract. Who do I speak too about this as I'm seriously considering cancelling both contracts as ID are impossible to speak to.
