I've just upgraded my contact to a Samsung A56 with all unlimited allowances for £25 per month. My sons contract which is registered under my name and I pay the bill as he is 15yrs old, is now up for renewal just days after mine and I am being quoted £28 per month for the exactly same phone, contract and terms. How does this make any sense just because I was already 26.50 per month on his old contract. Who do I speak too about this as I'm seriously considering cancelling both contracts as ID are impossible to speak to.

Hey there ​@Ray7777, thank you for reaching out. All upgrade deals vary, and are different from customer to customer. As your son’s contract is different to yours, the upgrade deals are therefore different.

 

However, if you wish to discuss upgrade deals further, we’d recommend calling our sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
