I am trying to upgrade my phone. (It’s due) but whenever I put in card details (tried with more than one) it just hangs and payment won’t go through. Any help appreciated tried live chat but they are so slow. I just want to speak to a human and get upgraded.

We are sorry to hear you are having issues when entering the billing details whilst upgrading.
This sounds like a potential problem with authorising the payment. Can you please try clearing your Cache and Cookies and also another browser?
