I went onto the iD mobile website and purchased an iD mobile Pay Monthly SIM (Upgrade) from my current plan. However, when I placed my order I never received a confirmation email of my purchase or any updates of my plan change.
This led me to head into the iD mobile app on my phone and went into Change My Plan which is where I was able to instantaneously upgrade to my new plan £12 a month (100GB, Unlimited Text/Calls).
I am worried that I will be charged twice on my Direct Debit date when the time comes. What should I do?
