No luck again i was on the phone waiting to speak to aomone for a good 15 mins. 

How do you know you are eligible for an upgrade from iD Mobile, ​@hannahmcnulty? 

Becausr it came up on my phone that i was due an upgrade on the 5th october 2025 which was last sunday

Yes, 0800 numbers are free to call from the mobile with your iD SIM, ​@hannahmcnulty - they’re included in your plan’s calls allowance.
