Wrong data allowance showing on app and online after upgrade

Upgraded from 60gb to 120gb and it’s showing as 1.5gb 

I had a search and this seems to be a known issue from several months ago (though CS chat told me it had never happened before)

Some people seemed to have the exact same issue, 120gb showing as 1.5gb others had unlimited data showing as 5gb. For some it seemed to be a graphical glitch others seemed to actually be limited to 1.5gb

I called 7777 and it does say I have 120gb/120gb so is it just a UI error?

I’m having the same issue! I upgraded today to 120GB a month data with a voucher as a bonus and on my app it shows as 1.5GB … I’ve called the sales team who advised for me to cancel the upgrade, which I can’t do as it won’t let me amend it now it’s been processed … so pretty stuck!

We are aware of some tariffs not showing the correct allowance.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in to see if it makes a difference.

The allowances should update once your allowance refresh.

Tried logging out and back in and the allowances refreshed yesterday still showing as 1.5gb

Could you also confirm one thing please 

I've upgraded from a sim only plan to another sim only plan and it said there would be no yearly price increases and there is no mention of price increases in the contract. But now in the "welcome your upgrade is complete" email it's saying that the price will increase every year, please can you confirm if the price will increase or not.

On SIM Only plans there are NO price increases. Please can you screenshot the section of the email that states a Price Increase and I’ll forward this to our CRM team to investigate. Thanks!

Sure here - this is a sim only plan. I'm guessing it's just an oversight and the text is included on all emails.
