Can I not upgrade early to a more expensive plan for a fee so I can get a new phone instead of paying a contract I can’t use?

Sorry to hear you've dropped your device when abroad!
We don't support early upgrades by paying a termination fee.

More specifically to "Check If I am eligible" which can be done in My Account or in the iD app (if you're able to access this from another device).
