I have just been advised that I can upgrade. I want to go to SIM only contract at £6 per month. With  two payments left on current contract can I move to SIM only . Keep my number . and not pay the two months outstanding?

Hey @Jmax,

I’ve renamed the topic for clarity and moved to the correct section of the Community to help others.

You can upgrade to a SIM-only plan in the last 30-days of your contract via the iD app. If you upgrade this, then you will be able to keep the original number, billing dates etc.

You’ll receive a pro-rata bill which ensures you’re billed for the line rental of the SIM-only plan from the date of switch, and you’ll pay any line rental at the old plan until this date. This will be done on the following bill.

Hope that answers your question.

You can’t do it in the last 2-months though, only 30-days.
