Can't Upgrade

I’ve been struggling to upgrade online. Every time I go to payment, it just tells me my payment has been unsuccessful. There’s no option for choosing a billing address or delivery Address either.

Hi @Alexcox 

Have you tried to amend the address prior to upgrading to ensure it matches the billing address for the card used?
